ALESSANDRO DE COMINATO – Italian

Alessandro De Cominato is a versatile actor, writer, producer, and musician whose work spans film, theatre, and live events. Twice awarded for his theatre productions Barflies Tales and How Long Do You Think It’s Gonna Take?, presented at the Cockpit Theatre and Barons Court Theatre, Alessandro also performs regularly as a musician under the name Bandini. Based in London, UK, and performing across Europe, he has been described as “the bastard son of Tom Waits and Cab Calloway” by The Troubadour and was named “London’s Best Act 2023” by the Mayor of London.

Alessandro studied in Milan, Italy, at IULM University, graduating with a BA in Creative Writing. While in Milan, he studied theatre with Mino Manni and worked with Alberto Oliva as part of their theatre company Demoni, performing in Dostoevsky’s works. He also participated in several voice workshops at Paolo Grassi. In London, he studied Music Performance at the London Contemporary Centre of Music and Acting at the Identity School of Acting. Recently, he was cast by Caviar Productions as one of the lead characters in a mafia-inspired commercial for a key trade bank. Alessandro is also a writer, currently producing his own short films with the aim of one day directing his feature film.
