Born in the UK, Alex spent his childhood living in Southern Cyprus before returning to London aged 12. Here he began performing and exploring literature before his hobby evolved into a vocation. After graduating from The Lee Strasberg Institute New York, he went on to perform a number of lead stage roles such as Don Juan in The Stone Guest and Nikola in the critically acclaimed play, The Tree. Moving between stage and screen, Alex has gone on to star in commercial, theatre, film and television, most recently portraying real life character, AIDS activist and survivor, Christian Jacobs in Forgive Me. He will next be appearing in 5 episodes of BAFTA nominated BBC children’s series Teacup Travels. As well as travelling the world as much as possible, Alex is a keen painter and writer.
