Amber Savva was born and raised in London but with family across both Manchester and Cyprus. She started off as a child actor in pantomime and has worked in theatre, film and television. She studied Classics and Drama at Royal Holloway University before doing her MA in Acting at Arts Educational Schools. Amber is a small but lively jack-of-all-trades actor with a strong belt and an even stronger stage punch! She loves singing, stage combat and has a particular passion for Greek myth and tragedy.
She has been cast in film using her American accent and is currently performing in “Sue and Sita” using her Manchester accent. She can also speak some conversational French and some choice phrases in Greek. Favourite roles have included Toby in Sweeney Todd; The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and Serena Bradley, the lead in the feature film Fishtales. Who wouldn’t love a few months filming on a Greek Island!
