Bianca Topor is a Romanian-born, classically trained actress with piano and choir background. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Acting from the Theatre University “George Enescu”, Iasi, Romania. During her studies she had the opportunity to perform in multiple theatre and opera productions, working with both local and international directors. A few examples include The Trojan Women directed by the renowned Andrei Serban, The Barber of Seville directed by Matteo Mazzoni, Check-In directed by Radu Ghilas.
Since she moved to London in November 2019, she appeared in lead and supporting roles in short films and commercials. In 2022 she had two important debuts: on stage as Olivia in Twelfth Night by W.Shakespeare at The Greek Theatre Players and in the pantomime Aladdin as Abanazer and Jasmine produced by Panto in a Day.
In spring 2023 she took a step further by diving into directing and she had her debut as Assistant Director for the opera company Diva Opera on their 2023 production of Rigoletto by G.Verdi.
Between acting and directing jobs she likes to keep her skills fresh by attending acting and voice workshops. Her love for music, traveling, art, nature and cooking keeps her inspiration and creativity levels high.
