Trained as an actor at Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company, Estrella holds a degree in Writing for Performance from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, both in London. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Literary Studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Her screen credits include El Comensal (dir. Ángeles González Sinde, 2021), the TV series That Dirty Black Bag (dir. Mauro Aragoni, 2021), and Netflix’s I Am a Killer (dir. Stuart Powell, 2019). Most recently she has starred the short film The Classmate (dir. Alejandro and Eduardo Maclean, 2023) which is being selected in numerous festivals.
On stage, she played the lead role in The House of Bernarda Alba at the Cervantes Theatre (2022-2023) and has performed her own works including El Lute y nosotras, o cómo recordamos in Madrid and Pre Settled Status at Theatre Deli in London. Estrella has worked with companies such as Theatre Re, All In Theatre, and Gecko.
A bilingual performer (Spanish and English) with stage combat skills and movement training, Estrella balances her acting career with writing for theatre and television, while also creating social media content focused on literature, book recommendations and reviews.
