Gabi Lechtig-Martinez / American

Gabi is a young and bubbly American girl who is a proud 2020 graduate from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama’s unique Acting: Musical Theatre course.

While training, she enjoyed taking on roles such as Sylvia in BOUDICA, Leah in THE SMALL,  Lady Macduff in MACBETH, and Varya in THE CHERRY ORCHARD. She is a trained singer  and hopes to perform in a professional Sondheim production one day, her favourite musical  performance so far being ANYONE CAN WHISTLE. More to her musical talents, she had the  exciting opportunity last year to take part in the professional workshop of a gender swapped  production of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING. Gabi also has  a passion for screen acting and hopes to gain more professional experience working behind the  camera.

While she has a large and loving Hispanic family from all over Latin America (Peru, Honduras,  Guatemala, Brazil, Mexico), her true home is in Houston, Texas where she grew up. As a  multinational and Tex-Mex enthusiast, Gabi loves going to salsa clubs in London and is always trying to improve her conversational Spanish skills. Her other hobbies include having way too much fun learning to play her pink melodica and dancing alone in her room to punk music.
