Kseniia Hatsura – Ukrainian

Kseniia was born and grew up in Kyiv, Ukraine.

She has been in a scouting group since she was eight years old, where she learned rock climbing, rappelling, horse riding, wilderness survival, and how to make fires. She studied piano at music school for 8 years and also sang in the choir. She did professional foil fencing for 5 years and participated in swimming competitions while at University. She is also a strong dancer specialising in Hip Hop and Modern.

She moved to Poland (Gdansk) for 1 year for volunteer work after finishing University in Kyiv. During this experience, she learned Polish and worked with people who have mental and physical disabilities.

She then moved to Moscow and began taking acting classes. After returning to Ukraine, she performed for a year at the Black Square Theatre. Then completed a course at the Ukrainian Film School where she starred in several short films and  specialised in screen acting and stage.
After the war in Ukraine began, she moved to England with her Mother and sister.

She is a native Ukrainian and Russian speaker and is fluent in both English and Polish.
