Marshall Lockwood – British

Born and raised in the beautiful country town of Winchcombe in the Cotswolds, Marshall Lockwood lives with his wife and son who have supported his journey and continue to do so. At age twenty nine, Marshall left his everyday job of ten years of being a baker to pursue a career in entertainment. Marshall is a self taught magician who made a career out of weddings and private functions, but on the circuit was advised to do an amateur acting course to learn how to work a crowd. His first role at college was “Bottom”, A Midsummer Nights Dream. When he walked out on stage in front of the audience he knew, that was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Marshall is from a working class background, but through hard work and determination, he has graduated from the one year course at “The Oxford School of Drama” in 2019. During his graduation, he worked with director Max Key on a production of “Three Sisters” at The North Wall in Oxford where he played “Chebutykin” and director Alice Malin on a brand new writing project “Small”, written by Holly Robinson and performed at Soho Theatre London. Marshall also fronts an alternative rock band “Thieves”, who released their first single late 2019 and recorded their last EP (QUADRANGLE) at the famous “Rockfield studios”. Marshall is always looking for the next chapter in his journey and can’t wait to see what challenge lies ahead and what the future has in store.
