Paul has over 20 years experience working in Film and Tv as an Actor, Voiceover Artist, Vo Coach working with over 100 clients one on one, to a high level of success and in Copy and content creation with some world famous brands, organisations and charities.
Vastly experienced in Vo himself, in Commercials, Narration and across Audio drama, Radio performance, and live and online hosting and Podcasting. Credits over the years include a number of Radio plays for Rte radio Drama, Rte Jnr and the BBC and work for Google podcasts, Wondry, Netflix, Animation company Studio Meala, The Irish Human Rights Equality Commission, UCD (University College Dublin) St Vincent DePaul, Renault, The European Human Rights Defenders, NHRI Human Rights international, Forensic Science Ireland, Chadwicks, MND, Panda, Beats Medical, Agrina Mines, Deloitte, The Hep C Partnership, Irish Life, The Wild Atlantic Way, South Dublin Co, Council, Wise Owl Irish Whiskey, Red Cube design, Irish Jobs.ie, Dingle Distillery, Airfield Estate, Onside Cross-border Community Org, Core Property management and The Very popular Irish Historical Audio Drama “The Invincibles, Park Assassins” which is available on Spotify. Of which Paul plays seven characters. Paul also began his Directing and producing journey in recent years with an Historical Documentary on Irish Cinemas, “The Picturehouse” Which screened on Rte, Rte player and internationally and “Cherished Unequally” – a visual piece on the housing crisis.
Which went viral with over 150,000 views and was featured across the national media.
He also received a Scholarship to study at John Boorman’s Irish Film school for outstanding potential. Paul is also an international VO Director working recently with a very well known International Tech Company and was invited to speak recently as an Irish Vo Director at the International VO One Voice Conference in London in May 2024.
Paul has been the lead in two feature films and has various credits across Irish Film and Tv. Paul has received State funding from Screen Ireland/Screen Skills Ireland on three separate occasions, and five regional County Councils here in Ireland for his film work, including the Stakeholders fund for Film Network Ireland and was a recipient of the Bank of Ireland Millennium Scholars Trust Award for outstanding potential in the Arts. He regularly hosts and produces the No 1 Film and Tv industry Podcast Fni Wrapchat, which has consistently produced episodes weekly for the last 5 years with some of the most important cast and crew members across the country, He has hosted and/produced over 200 episodes. As a producer/Director, Paul is currently developing a single drama and two documentary feature films.
With Fni, Paul has developed many educational upskilling opportunities and live events and socials for Film and Tv, working with the Cork Film Festival, Diff, Ewen Bremner, Lenny Abrahamson, Frank Berry, Irish Equity, The Dublin Film Festival and a great many more Guilds, Festivals and organisations at national and international level.
A former Member and Company Member of Dublin Youth Theatre and The National Youth Theatre, Paul Graduated from the Gaiety School of Acting Full-Time Course with a full scholarship.
He also founded the popular Film Network Ireland (FNI) company, KinoD and hosts in person and online events such as the latest Screen Ireland event Unmasked event and FNI Fast Fest at the Conference centre Griffith college, seminars and many online and in person classes and interviewed well over 100 professionals in person in film and tv. He also Teaches Acting and Filmmaking and has lectured in Italy and Switzerland regularly. Paul was also the recipient of the Axis Assemble theatre award in 2022 in Dublin. Paul’s also most importantly a proud Dad.
