Ricardo is a sincere, intimate and transparent performer, as well as a singer and guitar player, experienced in devised & ensemble theatre. Ricardo is a National Youth Theatre Ambassador, London College of Music mentor for BA Acting and a Lyric Hammersmith Young associate. Recent work include “Miss Brexit” (2025) at the Underbelly Edinburgh Fringe, an award winning show he is proud of having co-devised and co-produced, and “I Am Gina” (2024) with Rhum + Clay and the National Youth Theatre.
He has performed internationally throughout Europe—including in Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Czechia, Germany, Italy, and Portugal—and toured his work in UK venues such as Camden People’s Theatre, Omnibus Theatre, CONTACT Manchester and Underbelly Edinburgh. Ricardo is passionate about representation of minorities and diversity in the arts, giving voice to migrant actors, and he continues to explore his craft with international exchanges.
He speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
