Song Marshall – American

Song (she/her) is a Black American actress living in London. Song graduated from East 15 Acting School’s MFA International program in July 2024. Her London credits include John of Gaunt and Bishop Carlisle in Far Between Theatres’ production of Richard II, Othello in Othello, and on-screen roles in a few advertisements. Before that, she had the pleasure of collaborating with Terra Mysterium and Ghostlight Ensemble in Chicago. Since her time at East 15, she has embraced her love of storytelling by writing short performance pieces for Camden Fringe, her one-woman show Prescribed Existence, and a three-hander play about queer joy, They Were Roommates. Song enjoys exploring immersive stories that uplift marginalized voices, specifically Global Majority, Women and Queer stories. When not acting, she freelances as a Sensitivity and Beta reader for authors wanting to have accurate representations of people and cultures outside of their lived experience in their writing.
