Umit is from Turkey and is based in London. He has recently appeared as Mater Sol Rama in Marvel’s Doctor Strange and as a taxi driver in award winning The Night Manager (BBC).
Umit is also a professional photographer, he has a degree in Media production, specializing in stills from Plymouth University. He has photographed famous actors such as Sir Christopher Lee, Rutger Hauer, Tamer Hassan, Danny Dyer and other TV personalities. Umit is a keen martial artist, practicing Shotokan karate and Thai boxing. He likes to collect and trade ancient beads and malas.
